Who Is Amethyst Lowe?
Founder of ROI². Before that, the person companies brought in to find the revenue they were leaving on the table.
INTRO
Amethyst Lowe is a Jackson, Mississippi native, mechanical engineer by training, and the founder of ROI², a firm built around one idea: most people don't have an access problem, they have a conversion problem. She finds the revenue businesses are leaving on the table, then builds what it takes to capture it, whether that's identifying the bottleneck or implementing the system, like a CRM, that solves it.
MISSION
Built on a Simple Belief
Most businesses aren't missing opportunity. They're missing the system to catch it. ROI² exists to close that gap, for founders and operators turning capital, position, and opportunity into results they can actually see.
BACKGROUND
Where It Started

Amethyst grew up in Jackson, Mississippi. She studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Mississippi, then earned her MBA at the University of Arizona.

Engineering gave her the systems-thinking foundation, how to break a problem down, find the point of failure, and rebuild something that actually works.
That foundation shows up in everything she's built since, whether it's a CRM, a dashboard, or a food distribution system.
WHERE IT STARTED
Her First System Is Still Running Today
In 2020, while still an undergraduate, Amethyst took on a project manager role with the Memphis Dawah Association, tasked with launching a mobile food pantry to address food insecurity in a Memphis food desert deepened by the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal: a reliable weekly source of nutritious food for families, regardless of financial situation, distributing 10,000 meals a year.
She approached it like an engineer, because that's what she is. She ran a root cause analysis to confirm the need, designed the full traffic flow and distribution process across three build-out phases, and built a Value Stream Map to calculate production lead time and eliminate waste at every station, from unloading and packaging to each loading dock. She recruited and trained volunteers, coordinated schedules with the location director, sourced supplies at the best value using her own e-commerce background, and showed up at 6am every Saturday to run it herself.
The pantry launched in July 2020. It's still running today, and consistently distributes over 10,000 meals a year. The program earned recognition from the City of Memphis, and the Mid-South Food Bank was impressed enough by its success to request a second weekly pantry to reach even more families.
It's the earliest example of the pattern that now defines her work: find where a system is leaking value, redesign it with real process discipline, and build something that keeps running long after she's the one running it.

THE WORK
Systems a National Sales Team Runs On
At Kratos Industries, a power OEM serving data centers with switchgear and switchboard equipment, Amethyst built the company's first national rep performance dashboard in Power BI, giving leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health for the first time. From there, she built their CRM infrastructure from scratch in ClickUp: automated intake, an eight-stage status pipeline, SLA guards, and four role-based dashboards.
She led planning and content for the company's largest annual rep event start to finish, and was later recognized internally with a proposal for a Solutions Architect title based on the scope of that work.
Leadership set the annual revenue target at $37.75M. The company closed the year north of $120M.
She's now also engaged by an outside firm to consult on hyperscaler data center infrastructure and MV/LV power distribution equipment, and is piloting NVIDIA Omniverse to build digital twin models that help clients visualize and sell ideas to investors before a dollar is spent building them. Early stage, no case study yet, but it's the same instinct: give people a way to see the opportunity before it's real.

TODAY
Why ROI² Exists
Every system Amethyst has built, a food pantry that still feeds thousands, a dashboard that changed how a national sales team operates, a CRM built from scratch, follows the same pattern: find where value is leaking, build the system that stops it, and hand over something that keeps running.
ROI² is that same work, available to businesses directly. Any size. B2C or B2B.
